Use the field guide as a map—not a stamped drawing
These plain-language terms describe the educational field guide, free resources, limited manual education offers, and the request-only Printability Desk Review beta. Mesh repair is not a current service. These terms do not create permission to alter a heritage site, bypass a safety process, or treat a concept as a qualified product.

Models and prompts
Model Lab entries are concept briefs unless a card explicitly carries a stronger validation label. They are not guaranteed printable, safe, load-rated, child-safe, food-safe, medical, or structurally suitable.

Manual orders and acceptance
The site does not take orders or payments on-page. An email inquiry is not an accepted order. Before payment, PrintMason confirms the accepted scope, price, taxes, payment route, delivery, license, revision allowance, and refund or other remedy terms in writing. PrintMason may decline a request.

External payment provider
A store or payment provider applies only after the operator has configured it and supplied a specific payment route. The provider’s identity, checkout terms, privacy terms, fees, currency, and tax handling may also apply. Never send full payment-card details by email.

Delivery, license, and support
Each paid resource or service is delivered in the format and time window stated in the written offer. The same offer defines permitted use, transfer or sharing limits, included support, and revision rounds. No broader copyright, trademark, design, patent, or commercial-production right is implied.

Customer files and rights
Do not attach files to a first inquiry. Before an accepted private transfer, PrintMason documents the transfer route, access, permitted use, and retention and deletion schedule. By submitting material, you attest that you created it or hold every right and permission needed for the requested work and that the request does not violate another person’s rights, confidentiality, contract, or law.

PrintMason does not accept service work for weapons; medical applications; structural or load-bearing parts; vehicle parts; pressure-containing parts; mains-electrical parts; food-contact items; child-safety-critical items; unlawful uses; or infringing, stolen, confidential, or deceptively represented material.

Refunds, revisions, and remedies
The written offer states the applicable cancellation, revision, refund, re-delivery, or correction terms before payment. If a paid file cannot be delivered or materially differs from its description, contact PrintMason for a reasonable re-delivery, correction, or refund as appropriate to the offer and applicable law. Statutory rights are not waived.

Check material data, machine instructions, licensing, geometry, slicer output, environment, applicable law and code, and task-specific hazards before making or using anything.
