Privacy on the public field guide

This notice describes the public, read-only site as it exists now. It will be revised before accounts, uploads, comments, analytics, newsletters, or other data-processing features are introduced.

01

Privacy practice

Current site

The PrintMason application code does not run advertising, behavioral analytics, public account creation, comments, file uploads, or an embedded mailing-list form.

02

Privacy practice

Hosting and access

The site is hosted through the Sites service and is publicly available at printmason.org. Reading the field guide does not require a PrintMason or OpenAI account. The hosting service may process essential security, availability, cookie, and server-log information under its own terms. PrintMason does not operate a separate account database.

03

Privacy practice

Email

An Email PrintMason or beta link opens your own mail application. Your message is then handled by your email provider and Google as the recipient’s email provider.

04

Privacy practice

Use

Messages are used to reply, evaluate a requested creator-beta invitation, record relevant feedback, and operate the relationship you asked for. They are not sold.

05

Privacy practice

Retention

No automated deletion schedule is in place. Messages may be kept while a conversation or beta relationship is active and afterward when needed for corrections, operational history, legal obligations, or security. You may ask for deletion; the request may be limited by a documented legal or security need.

06

Privacy practice

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, government identifiers, private medical information, payment-card data, or confidential model files through the public contact address.

07

Privacy practice

Outbound links

Opening Instagram, a source, a marketplace, or another external site sends the request to that provider, which handles it under its own privacy terms. PrintMason does not currently add affiliate tracking parameters to outbound links.

08

Privacy practice

Future features

Analytics, newsletters, public profiles, comments, uploads, purchases, or other stored interactions will not be introduced under this notice without first documenting the new data flow, purpose, controls, and effective date.

Contact and control

You can ask what was retained.

Email PrintMason to request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously sent. Identity may need to be reasonably confirmed before acting on a request. Material changes to this notice receive a new date at the top.
