Privacy on the public field guide
This notice describes the public site, its limited manual education-order workflow, and its request-only Printability Desk Review beta as they exist now. It will be revised before accounts, on-site uploads, comments, analytics, newsletters, checkout, or other new data-processing features are introduced.

Hosting and access
The site is hosted through the Sites service and is publicly available at printmason.org. Reading the field guide does not require a PrintMason or OpenAI account. The hosting service may process essential security, availability, cookie, and server-log information under its own terms. PrintMason does not operate a separate account database.

A contact, order, service, or beta link opens your own mail application. Your message is then handled by your email provider and Google as the recipient’s email provider. Do not send payment-card data or customer model files in the first message.

Messages are used to reply, evaluate a requested creator-beta invitation, scope an order or service, prepare a written offer, deliver accepted work, provide support, record relevant feedback, and operate the relationship you asked for. They are not sold.

Manual orders and payments
No store or payment provider is connected to the site now. Before a payment, PrintMason confirms scope, price, tax treatment, payment route, delivery, license, and refund or remedy terms in writing. If an external store or payment provider is later configured, that provider will process the information required for its transaction under its own privacy terms; PrintMason will not ask for full card details by email.

Customer files
Do not attach a model, drawing, or confidential production file to an initial inquiry. If a Printability Desk Review beta request is accepted, the written scope will identify an agreed private transfer route, who can access the file, its permitted use, and the retention and deletion schedule before transfer. Order records needed for accounting, tax, dispute, or legal obligations are handled separately from working customer files.

Retention
No universal automated deletion schedule applies to email. Messages may be kept while a conversation, order, service, or beta relationship is active and afterward when needed for support, corrections, accounting, legal obligations, disputes, or security. Accepted customer files follow the case-specific written deletion schedule. You may ask for deletion; a request may be limited by a documented legal, tax, dispute, or security need.

Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, government identifiers, private medical information, payment-card data, export-controlled material, or confidential model files through the public contact address. PrintMason will not request identity-verification or tax documents by ordinary email; any required verification belongs in the configured provider’s secure process.

Outbound links
Opening Instagram, a source, a marketplace, or another external site sends the request to that provider, which handles it under its own privacy terms. PrintMason does not currently add affiliate tracking parameters to outbound links.

Future features
Analytics, newsletters, public profiles, comments, on-site uploads, on-site purchases, or other stored interactions will not be introduced under this notice without first documenting the new data flow, purpose, controls, providers, and effective date.

Email PrintMason to request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously sent. Identity may need to be reasonably confirmed before acting on a request. Material changes to this notice receive a new date at the top.
